Questions about self-warming beds
Does it get hot?
No. Self-warming beds and mats don't make heat themselves. They hold on to your pet's own body heat, so it feels cozy and warm, never hot.
Can I leave it out all day?
Yes. There's nothing electric, so there's no plug, no cord and nothing to switch off. You can leave it out day and night.
Does it work for cats too?
Yes. Cats love warm spots, and self-warming works the same for cats and dogs. Pick the size that fits how your pet likes to sleep.
How do I wash it?
Check the description for the exact care instructions. In general: wash cold on a gentle cycle, air-dry, and skip fabric softener and high heat so the warming layer keeps working.
Where can I use it?
Anywhere indoors: on the floor, in a crate, on the couch or in the car. Because there's no plug, you don't need to be near an outlet.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is free on all US orders, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of beds or mats that have been used.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
If your bed or mat has a manufacturing defect within 1 year, such as broken seams or a faulty zipper, we'll send you a replacement. Chewing, accidents and normal wear aren't covered.
