Which size should I choose?

Measure your dog from nose to tail base while curled up and add 4–6 inches, then compare it with the bed size in the description. Between sizes, or does your dog like to stretch out? Choose the larger size.

Can I wash it?

Many of our calming beds can go in the washer whole, others have a removable cover. Check the description for the exact care instructions.

Does it arrive compressed?

Yes, beds ship vacuum-packed. Unpack it, give it a good shake and allow 24–48 hours to fully fluff up.

Is it chew-proof?

No bed is chew-proof. If your dog likes to chew, keep an eye on them with any new bed.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of beds that have been used.

What does the 1-year warranty cover?

If your bed has a manufacturing defect within 1 year, such as seams coming apart, we'll send you a replacement. Chewing, accidents and normal wear aren't covered.
