What makes it a calming bed?

The round shape and raised rim give your cat a cozy, enclosed spot to curl up in, and the soft, plush fabric is nice to knead and snuggle into. It's simply a very cozy bed, not a treatment for anxiety or any condition.

Which size should I choose?

Measure your cat from nose to tail base while curled up and add 2–4 inches, then compare it with the bed size in the description. Big breeds, two cats sharing or cats who like to stretch out? Choose the larger size.

My cat won't use the bed. What can I do?

Put it in their favorite napping spot and add something that smells like you, such as a worn T-shirt, or a little catnip. Cats can be picky, so give it a few days.

Can I wash it?

Many of our calming beds can go in the washer whole, others have a removable cover. Check the description for the exact care instructions.

Does it arrive compressed?

Yes, beds ship vacuum-packed. Unpack it, give it a good shake and allow 24–48 hours to fully fluff up.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of beds that have been used.

What does the 1-year warranty cover?

If your bed has a manufacturing defect within 1 year, such as seams coming apart, we'll send you a replacement. Scratching, accidents and normal wear aren't covered.
