How do I pick the right height?

Measure from the floor to the top of your bed or couch cushion and compare it with the height in the description. The top should sit at or a little below that height.

My dog won't use them. How do I teach them?

Place a treat on each step or along the ramp and guide your dog up on a lead. Keep sessions short and positive. Most dogs get it within a few days.

How much weight can they hold?

Each product lists its weight limit in the description. Stay below it so the steps or ramp stay steady.

Does it arrive compressed?

Foam models ship vacuum-packed. Unpack them and allow 24–48 hours to fully expand. Other models may need simple assembly, see the description.

Do they work for cats?

How do I clean them?

What is your return policy?

What does the 1-year warranty cover?

If your steps or ramp has a manufacturing defect within 1 year, such as broken seams or a part that breaks in normal use, we'll send you a replacement. Chewing, accidents and normal wear aren't covered.
